Research Interests

My research focus is on algorithmic data mining on large and complex data. Specifically I am interested in the following topics:

  • time series classification
  • interpretable machine learning
  • searching and mining large and complex sequences
  • searching and indexing non-metric spaces
  • learning from electronic health records
  • network traffic control and prediction
